We have known Diane Clarke for five years. We met her when we were building our first home. She was a designer for MCK Woodworks, a custom cabinet design and manufacturing company. We were instantly drawn to Diane, first because of her incredible sense of design but also her professionalism and communication skills. She was able to turn the stressful job of designing our own kitchen and bathrooms into a pleasurable and exciting experience. Diane worked within our budget and followed the project past the installation by calling us to make sure we were satisfied with the final product.

 

Since then, Diane has earned her real estate license. We were so confident in her abilities, we hired her to represent us in the purchase of a residential lot. She negotiated with the seller to get us a very fair market price and handled all of the details with the title company. We are starting to build a new home on this property and had no question on using Diane to sell our existing home. She developed a competitive market analysis for us as well as visited our home to help us determine how to stage our furniture and decorations so that we can maximize our selling price. Diane also is keeping us informed on how the local market is performing and is creating a strategy for us on when to list our home and at what price based on our needs and timeline.
